The Nway Task Management website www.nwaytask.com and/or application (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Sites") is an internet-based management portal for businesses, that enables simple and accurate management of tasks for employees and allows them to access information anywhere . It is owned and operated by Nway Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at Indore M.P. India.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the terms and conditions on which Nway shall provide the Services to the User through the Sites and form an agreement between You ("You", "Your", "User"), and any organization You represent. By registering and/or requesting for a demonstration on the Nway Task Management website and/or application ("Service"), You agree that these Terms govern Your access to the Sites, your use of the Service and the downloadable software available for utilization with the Service ("Software"), and any associated documentation ("Documentation," and the Documentation, Website, Service and Software are collectively referred to herein as the " Nway Task Management services"). If You are subscribing on behalf of a company, organization or another legal entity ("Entity"), You are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of such Entity. If You are not such Entity’s authorized legal representative, or if You do not agree with the Terms (to include the terms provided in the associated agreements and policies referenced below), do not complete the signup process and/or request for a demonstration. These Terms may be updated or modified by Nway Task Management from time to time.

General Conditions: –

At your own risk, the use of service is applied on the basis of “as is” and “as available.”
Technical support is available for every account holders and it is available via email/ call / live chats only.
You agree that NWAY TASK uses third party suppliers and hosting partners to provide the equipment, software, networking, storage and related infrastructure required to operate the service.
You must not alter, adapt or hack the service or change any website to falsely suggest that it is affiliated with the service, NWAY TASK, or any other service of NWAY TASK.
Without express permission from NWAY TASK, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use the service or access to the service.
We can, but have no duty to delete, illegal, insulting, abusive, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content and accounts containing material which we decide at our absolute discretion, or breach the intellectual property of another party or these Terms of service.
Any verbal, physical, written or other harassment of any NWAY TASK, customer, employee, manager or officer (including threats of violence or retribution) will result in immediate termination of the account.
You agree that service’s data processing and transmission, including your material, can be transmitted unencrypted and include (a) transmission through different networks; and (b) adjustments to adjust and adopt to the technological requirements of connecting network or devices.
You don’t need to upload, post, host or send unsolicited text, SMS or spam messages.
NWAY TASK does not guarantee that the service will meet your particular requirements, the service will be continuous, timely, safe or error-free, the results that may be obtained through the use of the services will be accrual or reliable, and the quality of any products, facilities, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your requirements.
NWAY TASK reserves the right to change or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently, with or without warning at any time and from time to time.
Prices of all services, including but not limited to monthly/ annual/ per user payment plan payments to the service, are subject to change from us upon 30 days’ notice. Such notification can be issued at any time by posting the changes on the NWAY TASK website.
NWAY TASK is not responsible for any alteration, price change, termination or discontinuance of the service to you or to any third party.

Service Provider Terms

Nway Task may be obliged to pass through certain terms from its service providers. You must comply with all such service provider terms. The current service provider terms are set forth at the end of these Terms. Nway Task may also make them available on its website.

Viruses

You understand that Nway Task cannot and does not guarantee that files being downloaded from the Sites and/or internet will be free of viruses or bugs. Users are responsible for securing sufficient anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Service and Sites for any reconstruction of any lost data

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and the Nway Task services, including other services and all server and network components which facilitate the provision of the Nway Task services, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we expressly disclaim any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. you acknowledge that we do not warrant that the Nway Task services and/or other services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error- free or free from viruses or other malicious software, and no information or advice obtained by you from us or through the Services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms (and any Additional Terms, as defined herein) shall be governed by the laws of India. You hereby expressly agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, India or the purpose of resolving any dispute relating to these Terms or access to or use of the Service by You.
